  • Educational Content: Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if the content does not meet your expectations.

  • Custom development work that has been approved by the client at milestone stages is non-refundable
  • Third-party software licenses or services procured on behalf of clients are non-refundable
  • Force majeure events may affect service delivery timelines and refund eligibility
